oh The Ruling Class! Arthur Lowe as the butler who inherits, walks into the drawing room with a laden tray, lets it fall, exclaims “Thirty thousand smackers” and exits.
Great film.
I have loved Mr. O’Toole since What’s New Pussycat.
This year he danced elegantly in maroon velvet at the Oscars after-party and I can recall he was nominated and I cannot recall the fool who took the award from him.
So there.

Dear me, I could sit in a dark room for hours and simply listen to his voice.
